Precious Moments on Birthday

Psalm 71:6 On You I have rested from the womb; You are He who took me out of my mother's bowels; my praise always [shall be] of You.

A 23 year old woman...yup, not a girl anymore but have been a woman. Is that correct?

That’s me—Haniva Yunita Leo—today. well, this day is so awesome.. 23 years ago God had done such a wonderful thing in my family by giving my parents their firstborn baby..a female baby who came bringing her own story God has arranged. And it’s me with my colourful life, dreams and hopes today.

I owe god so much for this life, for all great people surrounding me with God’s love..sure i owe Him much.

By the way, I am trying to record the best moments of my birthday chronologically and here are some of those great pieces..

This awesome day was started by lifting up my prayer at 12am. Yup, this is a kind of tradition, actually it’s my tradition. After that I waited for the texts sent to my mobile and guessed who was the first? It’s always her—Mawarrany Hanas my lovely sister. The network and signal are her best friends that’s why though some friends found it difficult to send a text, she can easily send it.. lol.. i love her anyway.

Then, what should be noted as the most impressed time and will be stored in my long term memory is the moment, early morning devotion when i got a telephone call from him (my shady green). But before getting that call i should thank God first for letting my friend Liz call me..sure if it wasn’t Liz who called me i wouldn’t get up early this morning and listened to the Book of psalm he read for me. Well, i really thank God for this precious morning. Psalm 138 sounded two times more wonderful when it was directly read by the man i love. :D i love this moment so much..

And what can be called the most qualified time with all my dudes is when we (Livie, Mawar, Steffi, Ongky and I) prepared the meal for my birthday. Just a simple menu but the time is incomparable. Here are some pieces of our great time:

Then my friends from church came in the evening to pray for me.. we have a program to visit our church friends and pray for them on their birthday and also in time when they’re sick. So, on this wonderful day  they shared all their wishes for me. What i love from this moment is the togetherness we have. It’s one of the qualified moments in my life.  We are one in prayer supporting one another, sharing the happiness and sadness with brother and sister in Christ. I bet myself that i’m gonna miss this moment when i’m far away from them and celebrate my birthday alone.. :) this time is already recorded well on my memory so whenever i miss them one day, i can operate the pieces of these memories on my brain and smile alone thinking about them.

The other thing that has really touched my heart till i was about to cry is when i read the letter from my sista Mawar. she gave me a very beautiful small box with a letter bound by a gold ribbon. she wrote something that made me melting. her letter is the most precious one from her. i like the box- the birthday present from her but i love more what she's poured down in her writing. i love you Mawarrany Hanas!!!!

And the last thing i do before going to another day tomorrow is posting this moment on my blog so you can read and see how amazing God writes my life story and yours also. Nothing’s flat with our life. It’s wonderful and challenging.. God has made me rejoice, yes in Him alone i find my fullest joy.
