We are Family-- Bollywood Movie

Gambar
If you’re longing for a Bollywood Movie, telling about family story, then I’ll be gladly recommending you to watch   “we are family” . It’s just another great movie that I watched last week... this movie is really touching.. I believe you’ll cry a lot after watching and learn something about life from this movie.. With background of Hindi family, taking place in Sydney Australia, this worth seeing movie starts its story.. It’s not the story of  a complete family but a divorced family living in a harmony.. Aman (the handsome Arjun Rampal) and Maya (Kajool-Anjali Sharma in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai) have already divorced. They live their broken family by keeping their love for their three children; Alya (the little Anjali in KKHH) , Ankush and Anjali. They try to make it ballance by taking care of their kids regularly. The kids live with their mom but every weekend they go to their dad’s home.  Aman has got a girlfriend. He’s been with the girl for three years and is going to...

Someday

Gambar
It's just a simple video that I made today... a journey of my life.. enjoy watching!! "Someday" (Celtic Wowan Lyrics) Someday, when we are wiser, When the worlds older, When we have learned.... I pray someday we may yet, Live to live and to let live. Someday, life will be fairer, Need will be rarer, And greed will not pay. Godspeed this bright millennium, On its way, let it come someday. Someday, our fight will be won and, We'll stand in the sun in, That bright afternoon.... 'Til then, on days when the sun, Is gone, we'll hang on, If we wish upon the moon. There are some days, dark and bitter, Seems we haven't got a prayer, But a prayer for something better, Is the one thing we all share. Someday, when we are wiser, When the whole world is older, When we have love, And I pray, someday we may yet, Live to live and oneday, someday... Someday, life will be fairer, Need will be rarer, And greed will not pay. Godspeed, this bright millennium, Let it co...

--Hard Worker Gonna Be--

Gambar
Considering the need of more savings in my deposit I finally decided to find other part time job.. yeah..i know it sounds a little bit crazy coz I will have no time to take a nap.. my school finishes at 2.30pm and it takes at least 15 minutes to get home so sometimes I take a nap for 1 hour or 30 minutes if I have other activities in the afternoon.  I've been praying for this till finally a good news come.. my senior asked me to apply for a part time job, being an English instructor in Supermath.. at the first time I got this information I was doubt whether I'd apply or not coz my best friend would apply too. I just thought that she is the one who deserves it not me.. so I didn't apply.. however, I made up my mind. my friend told me that they need more instructors. I was still considering it till I went to the final that I gotta work two times harder if I wanna reach my dream.. then I applied. till today I still blame myself for making this decision. I dont know whether...

Sheila On 7 'Buat Aku Tersenyum'

Gambar
Suddenly I recall of an old song by a group band from Indonesia-Sheila on 7 'Buat Aku Tersenyum' (in English; 'make me smile'). When I listened to this song for the first time, I was about in junior high school and I was freaking interested in this song.. I love both its lyrics and music.. It's so easy listening... Tonight I still remember this song and it reminds me on the green of my life... we've not had regular contact on phone for almost a week.. Yeah, I sent him some texts just to say good night so did he, yet it was just too flat... I miss our time when we debate so many things, when my anger was about to explode and he listened to me, trying to calm me down... I miss him for giving me a shoulder when I am too tired to look up... I wish he would be thinking the same....so whenever my heart sings a love song, he would be able to listen to the song, there, in thousand miles that separate us.. datanglah sayang dan biarkan ku berbaring ( come dea...

A Note on 16th August 2011

wise man says that life is the best lesson for those who learn it day by day... (who has this statement?! i dont know....lol). you face so many things everyday, the wanted and unwanted things happen, days flow like a river flows, it blows and you still question where it goes... today, the 16th August 2011, a day before my beloved nation's Independence Day i find some great lessons about what the days of Indonesia might possibly become and what i am supposed to do  as an Indonesian girl who desires for a healing for my Indonesia... the first one goes as the following.......... This morning i had to accompany my student to meet the mayor of Kupang in his office. my student is one of the lucky students who got the chance to be the teens ambassador that will visit ASEAN nations; Singapore, Thailand and Philippine. so we went there. there is also another school (only two schools in Kupang attend this program) who sends their student, and the school is my former s...

"Wooden Bridge"

Gambar
this afternoon i and my friend--kid servant- went to lead the kid fellowship in group 4 of the ministry territory in my church. the location is in the other side of a river. actually there's a road to reach that place which takes 15 minutes walking but if we cross the river it takes only few minutes to get there. so, we always take the latter. Nevertheless, the road we have to go through to reach the other side of the river is very challenging. there is no bridge to cross the river, only a piece of wood that fell down because of the storm which is used as the bridge to link one side to the other side of the river. the surface of the wood is not flat as it is wood so we have to be extremely careful to cross unless we lose our balance and fall down. but what really surprises me is when i saw the children walk along the wood with one hand carrying their bike and the other hand holding the handle of the wood (they make handle on right side of the wood to enable us crossing). ...
